TL;DR — The Short Version
- Your content: You own your content. You give us the license we need to run the app, and content you share with a club stays with that club.
- Follow the law: You are responsible for following all hunting laws, for having permission to be on the land, and for your own safety.
- Hunting is dangerous: You hunt at your own risk. The app is a coordination tool, not a safety device. Never rely on it to tell you that an area is clear.
- Enforcement: We can remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
- Disputes: Disputes are resolved individually through binding arbitration, not in court or in a class action. You can opt out within 30 days.
This summary is for convenience only. The full Terms below control.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 11 CONTAINS AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS. SECTION 19 REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 19.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and AJC Apps, LLC (“AJC Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the HuntClub mobile application and the related services we provide (together, the “Service”). “HuntClub Parties” means AJC Apps and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, successors, and assigns.
By tapping “Create Account,” or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you created your account before October 9, 2026, these Terms apply to you beginning November 9, 2026, and until then the version of these Terms effective August 1, 2026 continues to apply.
2. Eligibility
- Age — You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agrees to these Terms on your behalf. That parent or guardian is responsible for your use of the Service and for your compliance with these Terms, and any reference to “you” includes them.
- United States only — The Service is offered only in the United States. We make no representation that it is appropriate or available for use elsewhere.
- Not barred — You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, or if we have previously terminated your account.
3. Your Account
- Accurate information — You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- One person per account — Each account is for a single person. You may not share your account or credentials, or create an account for someone else without their permission.
- Credential security — You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Unauthorized access — Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. The Service
HuntClub provides:
- Club management with membership roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Guest)
- Stand and marker management with photos, notes, and occupancy status
- Reservations and check-in / check-out for stands and markers
- Harvest logging with species, location, photos, measurements, and weather
- Club chat with photos, location sharing, polls, and reactions
- Maps with property boundaries, trails, trail recording, weather and wind overlays, estimated scent direction, and harvest locations
- Events with RSVP, comments, and calendar sync
We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will try to give you advance notice of changes that materially reduce the Service, but we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
5. Fees
HuntClub is currently free to use. There are no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases at this time. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms with at least 30 days notice; any payments would be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and governed by their respective refund policies.
6. Your Content
- You own your content — You keep ownership of the messages, photos, files, harvest logs, notes, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of it.
- License to us — You grant AJC Apps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license, with the right to sublicense to our service providers, to host, store, back up, reproduce, resize, reformat, transmit, and display Your Content, solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service, including by showing it to the members of the clubs you share it with.
- Content shared with a club — Content you share with a club becomes part of that club's shared records. The license above ends when you delete Your Content, except that for content you shared with a club, it continues for as long as that content remains in the club's records, including after you leave the club or delete your account, when it is retained under an anonymous “Deleted User” profile as described in our Privacy Policy. Copies may also remain in backups for a limited time.
- Your responsibility — You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights needed to submit Your Content and grant this license, that you have the consent of any identifiable person who appears in it, and that it does not violate these Terms, the law, or anyone else's rights.
- No obligation to monitor — We do not pre-screen content and are not obligated to monitor it, but we may review, refuse, or remove any content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
7. Acceptable Use
HuntClub has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any chat message and block any user directly in the app (long-press a message). We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates these Terms, and suspend or terminate the accounts responsible. You can also reach us at [email protected].
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or bully anyone
- Use the Service to track or monitor another person's location without their consent, or post another person's private information without their permission
- Post content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
- Upload malware or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Scrape the Service or use automated tools to extract data from it
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Make unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or send spam or unsolicited advertising
Hunting-Specific Conduct
- Comply with all applicable hunting and wildlife laws and regulations, including licenses, permits, seasons, legal shooting hours, bag limits, weapon restrictions, hunter orange requirements, and harvest reporting and game-check requirements
- Obtain all landowner and lessor permissions required to enter, hunt on, or place stands on any property, and obey trespass laws
- Do not upload content depicting illegal harvest activities, poaching, or wildlife regulation violations
Logging a harvest in HuntClub does not satisfy any legal requirement to report, tag, or check a harvest with a wildlife agency.
8. Clubs
- Clubs are independent — Each club is created and run by its users. AJC Apps does not organize, operate, sponsor, or supervise any club, hunt, or property, and is not a party to any lease, landowner agreement, membership agreement, dues arrangement, or rules between club members, landowners, or anyone else.
- Owner and admin responsibilities — Club Owners and Admins are responsible for their club's settings, membership, rules, and moderation. Anyone who creates a club, draws a boundary, or places stands or markers represents that they have the right to do so and to share that information with the club's members.
- Club decisions — AJC Apps is not responsible for club-level decisions, such as admitting or removing members, assigning roles, reservation rules, or requiring check-ins.
- Disputes between users — Disputes between club members, or between members and landowners or other third parties, are solely between them. We may, but are not obligated to, help resolve them.
- Club ownership — If a club's Owner deletes their account, ownership of the club transfers automatically to another member as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also transfer, suspend, or remove a club, or change a member's role, where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or to keep the Service operating.
9. Maps, Location, Weather & Estimates
- Boundaries, stands, markers, and trails — These are drawn and placed by users. They are not surveys and do not establish legal property lines, ownership, or a right to enter, cross, or hunt on any land.
- Location and GPS — Location readings depend on your device, signal, and environment, and may be inaccurate or unavailable.
- Occupancy and check-ins — Check-in, reservation, and occupancy information depends on other users checking in and out and on network connectivity. It may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Never treat it as confirmation that a stand or area is unoccupied.
- Weather, wind, scent, and daylight — Weather and wind data come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate. Scent direction is an estimate produced by a model. Sunrise, sunset, and shooting-light times are estimates only; legal shooting hours are set by the wildlife regulations of your state, and you are responsible for knowing and following them.
- No reliance — All information in the Service is provided for general coordination and convenience. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision in the field, and always confirm conditions yourself.
10. Not a Safety Device
The Service is a coordination tool. It is not a safety device, emergency service, or substitute for safe hunting practices, and it does not guarantee anyone's location or wellbeing. It is not a substitute for:
- Emergency services (call 911)
- Hunter education courses and certifications
- Direct communication with fellow hunters
- Positively identifying your target and what is beyond it before every shot
- Personal protective equipment, fall-arrest systems, and safe tree stand practices
11. Assumption of Risk & Release
Assumption of risk. You understand that hunting and related outdoor activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks that cannot be eliminated, including risks from firearms and archery equipment, falls from tree stands and elevated positions, other hunters, wildlife, terrain, water, weather, and remote locations far from help, any of which can cause serious injury, death, or property damage. Your participation in those activities is voluntary, and you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from them, whether or not you use the Service, and whether or not the Service operates as intended.
Release. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and discharge the HuntClub Parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and liabilities, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to (a) your hunting and outdoor activities; (b) the acts or omissions of any other user, club, landowner, or third party; and (c) your use of or reliance on any information provided through the Service, including location, occupancy, check-in, map, weather, scent, or daylight information.
If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” You waive any similar law of any other state.
Nothing in this Section limits any liability that cannot be limited or released under applicable law. If any part of this Section is held unenforceable, the rest of it remains in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on and links to services operated by third parties, including Mapbox, Open-Meteo, Apple, and Google. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices.
13. Intellectual Property & Feedback
The Service, including the HuntClub name and logo, software, design, and documentation, is owned by AJC Apps and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
14. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send our designated Copyright Agent a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Send notices to our designated Copyright Agent:

Our agent is registered in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory (registration DMCA-1082487). If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
15. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and AJC Apps only, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). AJC Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are AJC Apps' responsibility, to the extent not disclaimed in these Terms.
- AJC Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
- If any third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, AJC Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of them, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Questions, complaints, or claims about the app should be directed to AJC Apps at [email protected].
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the HuntClub Parties disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. The HuntClub Parties do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that any information in it (including location, occupancy, map, boundary, weather, scent, or daylight information) will be accurate, complete, or current; that data will not be lost; or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) the HuntClub Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; and (b) the total liability of the HuntClub Parties for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they are an essential basis of the bargain between you and us. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the HuntClub Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your hunting or outdoor activities; (d) your violation of these Terms; or (e) your violation of any law or of any third party's rights, including landowner, privacy, and intellectual property rights. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
19. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Informal resolution. Before starting any arbitration or court proceeding, you and we each agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought to [email protected] (or, for notices from us, to the email address on your account). If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days of the notice, either party may begin arbitration.
Agreement to arbitrate. Except as provided below, you and AJC Apps agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including their formation, interpretation, enforceability, or scope (“Dispute”), will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration. The arbitrator, and not any court, has exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this agreement to arbitrate, except that a court decides any Dispute about the Class Action Waiver below and about the batching procedure for Mass Filings. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Rules, location, and fees. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, as modified by this Section, before a single arbitrator. Unless the parties agree otherwise, the arbitration will take place by video conference or, if an in-person hearing is required, in the county where you live. Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees is governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, and we will pay any of those fees that are required of us under those rules. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees and costs, except as the arbitrator awards under applicable law.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and stays there. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to stop the infringement or misuse of its intellectual property rights or the unauthorized access to or use of the Service.
CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER: You and AJC Apps each agree that any Dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking it and only to the extent needed to provide relief on that party's individual claim. YOU AND AJC APPS EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Mass Filings. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against us by or with the assistance of the same law firm or coordinated group (“Mass Filing”), the demands will be administered in batches of up to 25 each, with each batch resolved before the next is filed or administered, unless the parties agree otherwise. The AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply to the extent they are consistent with this paragraph. Any applicable statute of limitations is tolled for claims held back under this procedure.
Severability. If the Class Action Waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed and decided by a court after all individual arbitrable claims are resolved, and the rest of this Section remains in effect. If any other part of this Section is found unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder enforced.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this agreement to arbitrate by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name, the email address on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Changes to this Section. If we change this Section after you accept these Terms, you may reject the change by emailing us at the address above within 30 days after it takes effect, in which case the version of this Section you last accepted will continue to apply.
Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any Dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
20. Suspension & Termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, or remove Your Content, at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, to protect the Service or other users, or after an extended period of inactivity. We are not liable to you for any suspension or termination.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Only the store can cancel it — do so in your Apple Account subscription settings or your Google Play subscription settings.
- Sections 6 (Your Content, as to content retained in club records), 9 through 19, and 22 survive any termination of these Terms or of your account.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via in-app notification or email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Prior versions are available on request.
22. General
- Entire agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms we present to you for a specific feature, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability — If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment — You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure — We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, outages of networks, hosting, or other third-party services, acts of government, or labor disputes.
- Electronic communications and notices — You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and in-app notification, and agree that these communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. We may send notices to the email address on your account; you may send notices to us at [email protected].
- Export and sanctions — You may not use or export the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
- Relationship — No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
- Third-party beneficiaries — The HuntClub Parties are intended beneficiaries of Sections 11, 16, 17, and 18, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary as described in Section 15. There are no other third-party beneficiaries.
- Headings — Headings and the summary at the top of these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
